FERMENTATION AND AGING
Long maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature with aging 18 months in large traditional casks of 35 hl. further and 5 months in the bottle

COLOUR:
Deep ruby red Aroma: Vinous, with characteristic hints of cherry.
TASTING NOTES:
Harmonious, with dense tannins. This wine has a strong character and a strong personality, and the harvest has obtained with traditional methods, from vineyards with very limited production per vine, the grapes are then transformed with expert winemaking techniques and the result is a product rich in floral and fruit, texture and clean on the palate. Good with all the important and traditional local and Italian dishes.
